Description
This is a two-day intensive and fun introduction to custom creative mask making in thermo-plastic, based in our well-equipped 3d casting and mouldmaking workshop.
We’ll teach you to design, sculpt, and form a detailed mask made from Worbla and other thermo-formed materials like foams, and you’ll learn how to fit it perfectly to the shape of your face.
We’ll send out information prior to the start of the course with enough time for you to review it and come up with an idea that you’d like to make.
Whether you’re interested in theatre, costume, or cosplay, or if you just want to experiment with 3d design and making: come and immerse yourself in this opportunity to bring your ideas to life.
You’ll take your unique custom mask home with you at the end of the course.

This course runs on 7th - 8th July 2026 from 9:30am – 4:30pm each day.
Taught in person in a creative environment on our beautiful Falmouth campus, the course fee includes everything you’ll need plus tea/coffee through the day.
