Please note cancellation penalties may arise if you no longer wish to attend the trip after making payment.

Students in debt to the University are not eligible to enrol into the next level of their course or graduate.

Join an unforgettable 7-night adventure in Mallorca from 4 – 11 March 2027. Together, we will have a 4-night hiking experience through the mountains and a 3-night cultural stay in Palma, creating the perfect balance of exploration and relaxation.

We will hike along the stunning GR221 ‘Dry Stone’ Route, taking in dramatic mountain landscapes, picturesque villages, and incredible photo opportunities along the way. Staying in mountain accommodation, we will explore some of the island’s most beautiful terrain.

Having explored the mountains, we then spend a day travelling into Palma city via the iconic heritage tram and railway, also stopping in the town of Soller to explore for an afternoon. We will stay at a 4* hotel in Palma for 3 nights, where we will experience the city’s rich culture, vibrant atmosphere, and striking architecture, with optional daily cultural activities.

Total trip cost will be £995 but is dependent on numbers, all payments are non refundable. Please ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the start date of the trip.

Price includes UK airport transfers from campus via coach, flights from Bristol to Palma, all accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis (city hotel) breakfast and picnic lunch (mountain accommodation). Iconic Soller heritage train / tram trip and travel insurance (students are still advised to take out their own insurance in particular to cover personal items such as cameras).

Join us for a four-night study trip to the Netherlands, exploring contemporary photography, publishing and exhibition culture through visits to some of Europe's leading photography institutions.

The trip is centred around Unseen Photo Fair in Rotterdam, one of the most important international events for emerging photography. As part of Art Rotterdam, Unseen brings together galleries, photographers, publishers and curators from around the world, offering insight into contemporary photographic practice and the wider creative industries.

Travelling by coach from Penryn, we shall pick up any students from BathSpa, before arriving at St Pancras station to catch the return Eurostar to Rotterdam, four nights hostel B&B accommodation (3 nights in Rotterdam and the final night in Amsterdam) and entry to all scheduled museums, galleries and exhibitions. Travel insurance is included but students are strongly advised to take out their own insurance for personal items such as cameras.

Total cost £775 dependent on numbers. Deposit of £175 is now due. Final payment of £600 due November 2026. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

Fees for MNHP136 first year scuba diving optional module route.

The fees for the first year student divers in 2026 / 2027 are £250.00

Diving begins February 2027.To secure your place, payment is required by the end of Week 6, Friday 30th October 2026.
Students who do not pay by the deadline will not have secured a place on the diving route. Once the payment window has closed, the portal will close and this will be the end of the sign-up period for diving.

If a student pays to secure their place but subsequently does not pass the required medical clearance for sea diving, they will be supported through water-based provision rather than being moved into land-based module numbers. Refunds will not be available once payment has been made and the place has been confirmed.

The Red Sea is a purpose built trip designed to dramatically enhance the skills of Marine and Natural History Photography's Underwater cohort. If a passenger does not hold the correct documents for travel they will not be able to travel and may lose any payments they have made. A study visit to Iceland, the land of 'ice and fire', the trip will involve landscape photography, cultural exploration, sightseeing.
