Please note all payments must be made by the set payment deadlines.  Failure to do so will potentially jeopardise the trip and may incur further costs. 

Please note cancellation penalties may arise if you no longer wish to attend the trip after making payment.

Students in debt to the University are not eligible to enrol into the next level of their course or graduate.

Morocco: Marrakech, Atlas Mountains & Sahara - 1 - 8 November 2027* dates to be confirmed.

Join us for an unforgettable 7-night adventure through Morocco, exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakech, the dramatic landscapes of the Atlas Mountains and the vast expanse of the Sahara Desert.

Total cost £1200.00 dependent on numbers. Deposit of £300 is due by 15 January 2027. Two further payments of £450 due in March and May 2027. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

Price includes return flights from Gatwick to Menara airport, all accommodation on half board basis. 15kg luggage per person. Students will need to make their own travel arrangements to and from Gatwick airport.

Students should ensure that there is at least six months validity on their passports from the start date of the trip. Travel insurance is included but students are strongly advised to take out their own insurance for personal items such as cameras.

A study visit to Iceland, the land of 'ice and fire', the trip will involve landscape photography, cultural exploration, sightseeing.

Trip departs 3 March 2026 Returns 9 March 2027 - 7 days and 6 nights.

Total trip cost approx £1700.00 depending on numbers.

2nd instalment of £700.00 is due due by 27 November 2026 and further instalment of £700 due by 8th January 2027. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE once deposits have been taken and payments made to third party provider.

Return flights from London Heathrow - Keflavik International airport, accommodation in Reykajavik and Snaefellsnes, airport coach transfers and guided tours are included.

Travel insurance is included but students are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance in particular to cover personal items such as cameras.

Please ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of departure.
