Please note all payments must be made by the set payment deadlines.  Failure to do so will potentially jeopardise the trip and may incur further costs. 

Please note cancellation penalties may arise if you no longer wish to attend the trip after making payment.

Students in debt to the University are not eligible to enrol into the next level of their course or graduate.

Iceland Study Visit 6 -13 March 2026 - Deposit

£300.00

Description

A study visit to Iceland, the land of 'ice and fire', the trip will involve landscape photography, cultural exploration, sightseeing.

Trip departs 6th March 2026 Returns 13th March 2026 - 8 days and 7 nights.

Total trip cost approx £1600 depending on numbers.

Deposit £300 is due in early October with two further payments of £650.00 due in Dec 2025 and Jan 2026. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE once deposits have been taken and payments made to third party provider, students should ensure they have the monies available before making the deposit payment.

Return flights from London Reykajavik, accommodation in Reykajavik and Snaefellsnes, airport coach transfers and guided tours are included.

Travel insurance is included but students are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance in particular to cover personal items such as cameras.

Please ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of departure.
