Detailed Description

This is the non-refundable deposit of £30.00 for the third year BA Illustration study visit to London, 16 March – 20 March 2026. This study visit is available to third year students.

The London Trip will be a chance to visit a wide range of studios, agencies and publishers in London to gain valuable insights into the industry. It will also involve portfolio reviews and a collaborations with Camberwell University. This payment goes towards the costs of all planned events, speakers, and facilitating the trip.
 
This non-refundable deposit of £30.00 is one of four steps required to reserve your place on the BA Illustration study trip to London, 16 March to 20 March 2026. You will also need to complete the Registration Form at the link HERE. In the new year, you will also need to make a balance payment (a future separate product in this online store - to be no more than £49.00 - a total of £79.00) no later than Friday 6th February 2026. Alongside this there will be another registration form which will ask for further details about your individually booked accomodation and travel. This will need to be completed no later than Monday 2nd March (two weeks before the trip).

This study trip is only open to third year BA Illustration students. If you are ineligible to attend this study trip, payment of this deposit will not reserve you a place on the trip, and therefore your payment will be refunded. 

The trip is subject to a minimum take-up of 30, and with places limited to 50.  

Please note that the trip requires the following payments to be made:  

  • Non-refundable deposit of £30.00 due by midday Friday 9th January 2026.  

  • Balance payment of no more than £49.00 by midday on Friday 6th February 2026. (exact cost to be advised after the deposit deadline, when exact traveller numbers are known, with the total trip cost per person to be no more than £79.00). 

Your deposit is non-refundable and commits you to paying the balance of no more than £49.00 (total £79.00) (to be advised after deposit payment deadline) before midday on Friday 6th February 2026.
