BA(Hons) Marine & Natural History Photography 2nd year dive fees 2023/24
Study Block 1 (includes provision for weather cancellations and restrictions pertaining to Covid-19.)
Fee £350, payable now
*Fee must be paid prior to any in water activities*
Fee includes;
1 x DSLR Underwater Camera System Induction
1 x Induction Dive with Camera
5 x Sea Dives with Camera
These sessions will be delivered after the successful completion and clearance from the level 1 dive inductions.
Sea dives are dependent on weather but provision has been made to re-schedule dives if necessary to ensure you get your full complement of dives. Due to the current ongoing circumstances with Covid-19 and our responsibility to act within government guidelines for the safety of our staff, students and the public, the Level 2 dive program is subject to cancellation and or rescheduling should nationwide or local restrictions prevent the safe delivery of this course. In this instance you will be provided with a refund for any dives not achieved.
Prerequisites;
Payment of the fee is a pre-requisite for the diving. You can't get wet if you haven't paid!
You do not have to re-submit your dive certification or medical unless information needs to be updated or a doctor-signed medical certificate has expired.
The DSO will contact you direct if any queries arise
Refunds;
You must make every effort to attend your dive slot each week.
You must inform the DSO in advance if you cannot make it for a dive (e.g. due to genuine illness).
If you simply fail to show up for a dive you may lose that dive and be charged in full for the session as staff time and equipment will have been allocated to you.
Genuine reasons for not being able to complete the full complement of dives will always be considered sympathetically and a partial or full refund of fee issued as appropriate. Any refund request must be raised before the end of the academic year
